convenient location mini-fridge fitness facilities
the location proved quite convenient. the room had a mini-fridge. the fitness facilities were good. complimentary drinks and breakfast were available.
The room's air conditioning was a bit strong. It was difficult to adjust.

a amazing stay!
helpful staff great window river walk
i found the staff very helpful and friendly! the included breakfast offered choices better than average. the room had large windows showing kinzie avenue, it was GREAT. close to the river walk was a plus. i'm already planning my return!
my room was pretty cold. the thermostat didn't work properly. the fan was always on.

my beautiful king room had huge windows. they went from wall to ceiling, it created a bright spacious feel. i REALLY liked the sitting area by the windows and the double shower head. it was amazing!!!

the staff seemed courteous. every request was handled quickly. i got efficient service all around. i was charmed by their professionalism and quick assistance at all times, that was amazing!

friendly staff central location
The staff was super friendly. They provided complimentary drinks and breakfast, a nice touch. The location proved very central and walkable. I could easily reach many destinations. I stayed here over the weekend, and the rooms were clean and well-equipped with amenities.
